The Stroud Red Band
We are an extension of the London Big Red Band, which has been in existence since the 1980s. Like them we play music from the heritage of the labour, socialist and international solidarity movements. We play at demonstrations, marches and benefits when we can.
We try to be as open as possible - no auditions, and no political correctness test. If you like the music and are in sympathy with our aims, we'd love to have you.

- Saturday 10th October, playing in London at the Palestine march
- Saturday 17th October (TBC), busking in Stroud for 'Protect the Harvest'
- Saturday 7th November, Newport Rising
- Friday 4th December, Stroud Goodwill
- Saturday 5th December, Stonehouse Goodwill
- Saturday 12th December, a Christmas busk (TBC)
